Our office accepts most medical insurance plans.

Before your visit you should confirm with your insurance carrier that we are on your plan. If an insurance referral is required, it is the patient’s responsibility to notify their primary care doctor before their appointment to obtain the referral.

 

We do not participate with or submit to claims any vision plans. If you would like to be seen for your routine vision needs at our office please contact your medical insurance carrier and ask if they allow routine vision services without a medical diagnosis.
